Washing machine for down and feathers that we use at our factory in Vinnytsa rgion, Ukraine is of the highest European standard. After feathers have been sorted and necessary quality of down is being received, we put down in a special container (barrel), add liquid detergent and start washing process. Depending on the cleanliness of down we would like to receive we can wash material from 2 to 7 times. Purity of water that remains after each process shows how good the down was washed. After that we add special conditioner for the last rinse and on request of our clients we do hydrophobic treatment.
